Through the Rofenberg Employee Welfare Foundation, Vaduz, AXA is the only insurer to offer occupational benefits cover for assigned employees that is 95% aligned with the Swiss BVG (OPA) solutions. As an alternative international pension solution, AXA Luxembourg offers tailored solutions for multinational companies from Switzerland or the EU. Multinational pooling offers a choice of two insurance network partners to international companies that rely on specialized insurance networks to coordinate their local employee benefits contracts.

Since 1976, AXA has used its Rofenberg Employee Welfare Foundation to provide multinational companies and international organizations with solutions characterized by reliable continuity and security without borders for their internationally mobile employees.

Before a foreign deployment, it's necessary to check the labor and social insurance conditions, entitlement to pension benefits, as well as the contribution requirements in each country of deployment.

AXA Luxembourg is our alternative international pension solution. It offers tailored solutions for multinational companies from Switzerland or the EU.

In addition to the Rofenberg solutions, AXA has an extensive offering for multinational companies based in Switzerland and the EU. Tailored risk and/or savings solutions meet the requirements of mobile employees originating from different countries worldwide. These can be offered in various currencies. Multinational pooling: our network partners
