As an employer, you can offer the Swibeco benefits platform to your employees. The platform for employee benefits shows your team permanent discounts and exclusive offers from over 400 providers in Switzerland, border regions and the Principality of Liechtenstein. You also have the opportunity to add your own company offers, or to hide offers you would like to exclude.
Furthermore, you can give your employees tax-free incentives in the form of gift and reward budgets, such as for special services, birthdays, anniversaries or annual recognition. Employees can use these budgets directly on the Swibeco platform, choosing from The Selection, a curated selection of high-end products, articles and experiences.

Overall, companies can give their employees up to CHF 3,530 tax-free every year in the form of benefits (this amount already includes the CHF 600 ).

Do gifts and rewards have to be stated on the salary statement?
Recurring gifts of up to CHF 600 per employee do not have to be shown on the salary statement. They are deemed to be a gift for tax purposes, regardless of whether they are given through Swibeco or in another form.
If you make recurring gifts of over CHF 600 to your employees, these must be declared in the salary statement as a salary component.
I have already negotiated discounts with partners in my company, what happens with those?
You can also use Swibeco to make your own in-house deals accessible to your employees.
What happens with competitors’ discounts that my employees are not supposed to see?
You can hide offers for your employees under the “Partner list” section.
Are Swibeco benefits also available in Liechtenstein?
Whether a discount or special deal is available in Liechtenstein depends on that specific partner. Availability is noted in the description of the special offer. Please note that the additional benefits offered by the Swibeco Card are not applicable in Liechtenstein.
What happens if the company already has a Swibeco contract?
If a company is already a fee-based Swibeco customer and acquires the right to use Swibeco services on special terms in future after taking out an AXA contract, the payment obligation for the Swibeco fee remains in place until the end of the current contract term. Once this contract has ended, the company can use Swibeco services on special terms through the AXA contract. In this instance, companies benefit from simple, digital and tax-appropriate management of all employee benefits. Brand blacklisting is possible. Gift and reward budgets expire at the end of the validity period and any unused credit is not refunded if an employee leaves.
