Yes, the "Rights and Power of Attorney" menu entry can give another user access to your contracts.
You can authorize the relevant person who has their own account under the "Rights and Power of Attorney" menu entry.
First, check that you correctly entered the user name or email address and password including uppercase and lowercase letters and special characters.
The TAN is only valid for five minutes. You can request a new TAN under "Request another TAN". Alternatively, you can change the type of TAN, e.g. voiceTAN (voice message).
You'll find your policy number in your contract or on your AXA invoice (e.g.: 12.123.123.).
An mTAN is a mobile transaction number: Every time you register, a one-off code is sent as a text message to your mobile phone.
A vTAN is a voice transaction number: Every time you register, a one-off code is sent by phone.

Yes, on the homepage, under your contract overview, you will find a list of all the insurance coverage you can take out online. If your employer is entitled to a discount, you will automatically receive the corresponding discount in myAXA.
Activation codes are sent out by post; this normally takes 3 to 4 working days. If you fail to receive an activation code, please contact the myAXA Helpline on 0800 800 292.
The activation code is valid only for 30 days. If your activation code no longer works, please contact the myAXA Helpline on 0800 800 292.

You need a PIN with which to register at www.myaxa.ch. By giving the contract number (ask your employer), you can ask for a new PIN using the following form.
