We're happy to organize and coordinate the repair for you. You benefit from AXA's excellent partner network with its exclusive service offering and guarantees. Would you rather organize the repair yourself? Then please send us a copy of the invoice.
After checking the invoices submitted, we pay the claims amount and inform you that the claim has been settled. You'll also find all the key documents, claims adjustments, your contracts and more in the myAXA customer portal at any time.
Did you forget something or note something down incorrectly (amount, time, etc.) when filing your claim? Do you want to submit missing documents or photos? No problem – You can simply forward us the missing information.
