How do we work?
- We embrace agile working
At the moment, our employees work across departmental boundaries in almost 100 agile product teams . We have developed our own framework , the AXA Solution Delivery Framework, to facilitate our agile collaborations. - We work innovatively

- Migration of business-critical applications into the Managed Public Cloud (MS Azure)
- Chatbots and voicebots for communicating with our customers
- Opening our platform via Application Programming Interface (API) so that our partners can integrate this in their systems (Open API )
- Collaboration with start-ups
- Artificial Intelligence for better risk assessment
- Machine learning tools and AI procedures support our claims department in assessing claims as well as managing and reducing claim expenditures
