Even though the following three areas generate the most interest, there are all kinds of specialist areas at AXA with numerous tasks and opportunities.

Asset Management

Looking at the AXA Group as a whole, AXA Asset Management is one of the world’s top ten asset managers.

Our external and internal customers are the main priority for us. We focus on their needs and also accelerate as well as simplify  processes for them. The primary objective is always to offer the best investment solution.

AXA-ARAG

We protect the best interests of our customers in their private and business lives, when they’re driving or on the internet. As an independent subsidiary of AXA Switzerland, AXA-ARAG is the leading legal protection insurer in Switzerland with approximately 200 employees.

AXA Group Operations Switzerland

As a professional and dynamic IT solution provider, we provide outstanding  IT services to AXA in Switzerland and the AXA Group. These focus on the design, development and operation of SAP-based systems and on integrating them into the current IT landscape - all in a dynamic and international environment.

AXA IT

Around 600 software and system developers work for AXA in Switzerland and are developing tomorrow’s technology inhouse. To do this, we are also working in global teams and networks. Our agile product teams organize themselves and work independently where they are responsible for everything from A to Z. Our tasks include programming, integrating the latest tools and arranging hackathons.

 Customer Experience and Strategy

Every day we put our heart and soul into ensuring that our customers are just as enthusiastic about AXA as we are. To this end, we are constantly enhancing our products and strategies. We formulate innovative and inspirational solutions - and communicate these in a way that is simple and easy for our customers, employees, partners and media reps to understand.

    Uta, Customer Journey Designer

    My main task is to determine the customer perspective and ensure that customer needs and requirements are reflected in new or existing products and services. Comprehensively and across all channels - because customer satisfaction is a top priority for me. In order to drive AXA forward towards Customer First, I give Customer Experience courses and help develop the CX training concept for AXA employees.

Customer Operations

We structure the individual claims experiences for our customers. They are the top priority for us and we find the right solution together with every customer. This way we guarantee maximum customer satisfaction with our customer-first mentality.

    Claims from abroad set challenges for us every day. This often means complete stress for our customers. However, thanks to our partner network in Switzerland and other countries, our internal claims organization and competent teams, we can always give them the best support and guarantee reliable claims handling. That’s very important to me.

    Liliane, Head Customer Center Occupational and Private Pensions

    There is a wide range of topics and my job is very varied. By being close to our customers, I receive valuable input into how to improve and enhance our processes and products. Supporting my team in career planning also enriches me but also constantly opens up new learning arenas for me.

Distribution

Our area is the window to our customers. Every day we try hard to meet customer needs as closely as possible through proactive, progressive and personal advisory solutions - and to do so, we follow our key “customer first” corporate value.

    We are in the middle of (digital) transformation. Our customers want to be advised and managed via all channels - with the best advisory experience. Our agile teams are always developing new advisory tools and approaches. I can hardly think of anything more interesting!

Finance

We have the responsible task of controlling AXA Switzerland’s finances and risks and of managing them safely. We therefore create the basis for strategic business decisions and the company’s future.

Human Resources, Public Affairs and Corporate Responsibility

In our department, we lay the foundation for AXA’s successful future by finding the right employees, caring about their career development, and contributing to an innovative and respectful corporate culture.

We also see ourselves as the interface between AXA and various contact partners from business, society and politics. As a pioneer on future topics, we contribute to integrating political, ecological and social trends into our core business, thereby helping to create a more livable environment and society.

Internal audit

We analyze all business areas of AXA in Switzerland. With our independent and objective audits, we contribute to the professional treatment of risks as well as the optimization of management and control processes.

Property and Casualty

With innovative products, persuasive services and simple, digital processes, we create flexibility for our private and corporate customers. In doing so, we offer a broad range of standardized and individual insurance products, legal protection as well as financial security in the area of Credit & Surety.

    My team and I assess major risks, visit them and develop solutions together with clients in the spirit of partnership. The range of issues, the further development of our property and technical insurance products or bidding for major risks and accounts make my work very diverse and fascinating.

Risk Management & Actuaries

Our job is to systematically and proactively help shape how AXA Switzerland deals with its own risks as a reliable partner.

Pensions

AXA is Switzerland's leading pensions partner. With our varied and progressive products in healthcare, private and occupational pensions, we create flexibility and security for our customers so that they don’t have to worry about how they structure their lives.

    As Product Owner for AXA Health, I like the fact that no two days are the same. My capacity to act and make decisions combined with the good atmosphere motivate me to perform to the best of my ability. Entrepreneurial thinking is required and encouraged. We implement projects quickly and our motto is: “work hard – party smart”.
