Breakdown benefits from AXA
If you are unable to reach us due to the circumstances and must therefore report the costs for roadside assistance or towing at a later time, here’s how to do it.
Immediate assistance, such as roadside assistance including towing, will be refunded up to a maximum of CHF 250. If your car cannot be made roadworthy, please contact us again for additional services.
Follow-up services must always be discussed with us. Transport or towing of a vehicle is only insured if we organize these services.
Self-service abroad
You’re abroad, can’t reach us at the moment and need help organizing roadside assistance?
In such instances we recommend that you contact the official automobile club of the country you’re in. These organizations can help you with both accidents and breakdowns and offer assistance even if you’re not a member.
