Danny Schneider was regarded as one of the biggest talents in the Swiss freestyle motocross scene until he was involved in a serious accident in 2002. During training, he fell and broke his ankle 18 times – it was the end of his motocross career. But Danny Schneider has found a new way to live his passion for motorbikes: He founded Hardnine Choppers, a garage for custom bikes.
With no previous knowledge, Danny began working on motorcycles in his Bern workshop. With the help of colleagues, he quickly honed his skills as a mechanic. In 2009, the breakthrough: he exhibited his bikes at all the major trade fairs and won awards for customizing. Today, Danny designs custom choppers at the customer's request and transforms conventional machines into handmade one-offs.
