Tickets for concerts and festivals, sports events etc. in Switzerland and Liechtenstein up to a value of CHF 150 if you or a close relative falls ill, has an accident, or dies and you are unable to attend. - How and where can I take out free ticket insurance?
Ticket insurance is only available via the myAXA NEO app. Here you can take out free ticket insurance, access your policy at any time, and conveniently report your claim online. - Who can take out the insurance?
Anyone who is not yet insured with AXA and is between 18 and 29 years of age. - How long is the free ticket insurance valid for?
The insurance ends automatically after two years, at the latest after you have reported two insured claims to us. An extension is not possible.

What is insured?
Insurance covers tickets for concerts and festivals, sports events as a spectator, for participation in sports events, theater, comedy, opera, musical and dance events, exhibitions and trade fairs as well as admission to museums, cinemas, and amusement and theme parks in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Ticket insurance covers two claims for tickets up to CHF 150 each if you or a close relative falls ill, has an accident, or dies and you are unable to attend.

Are season tickets also insured?
No, weekly, season, or annual passes of any kind or admission tickets that do not relate to you are not covered by the insurance.

When do claims need to be filed?
Any claims must be reported to us by no later than 90 days following expiration of the contract. You can file a claim online via the myAXA NEO app.

Can I extend my insurance after the two-year term expires?
The ticket insurance is exclusive and only valid for two years. If you want to continue to be insured, we recommend taking out our travel insurance. This offers worldwide cancellation insurance and much more.
