  • What is AXA Sure?

    AXA Sure is an app enabling information on household contents to be digitized and stored. The app can be used by existing customers with AXA household contents insurance (some functionality for non-customers). Prerequisite for full usage is registration in myAXA. AXA Sure is available for the mobile operating systems iOS and Android.

  • Is there a connection between AXA Sure and existing insurance products?
    • AXA household contents customers with BOX OPTIMA 2010 can use all functions of AXA Sure
    • AXA household contents customers with BOX BASIC 2010 or older product versions can use AXA Sure, but have no view of object coverage
    • Non-customers can also use AXA Sure, but they can only record valuable objects digitally and document them
  • What do I need to be able to use AXA Sure?

    In order to use Axa Sure you need:

  • How do I register?

    Prerequisite for using AXA Sure is an existing myAXA account. If you have no myAXA account, one-off registration in is necessary. On using AXA Sure for the first time, the customer must set a PIN code of his choice to protect his own data. AXA Sure can be used for the next six months using the PIN code. After six months, a new login is automatically required.
