myAXA gives you access to your contractual documents at any time - just log on using our website or your cellphone through the myAXA app. Register now!

Registration

In order to register you need:

  • the policy number of a contract with AXA
  • a phone number (mobile or landline, Switzerland or Liechtenstein)

Login

Once you've registered, you can log in following a three-stage login procedure:

  1. Enter an email address.
  2. Enter the password you selected when you registered
  3. We'll send a TAN to the telephone number you gave us when you registered. Enter the TAN.

Information for corporate customers

myAXA offers corporate customers centralized access to AXA's customer portals. This enables you to reduce administrative costs, manage your insurance details online easily or grant access rights to your employees and external partners.

Information for persons insured with an AXA pension fund

Register with myAXA and you can access your occupational benefits insurance data at any time. myAXA gives you access to your pension fund certificate and enables you to carry out various calculations. For instance, you can determine any gaps in your pension provision or calculate various retirement scenarios. We will also show you the consequences of withdrawing retirement capital for yourself.

Registration

In order to register you need:

  • the access letter of your company
  • a phone number (mobile or landline, Switzerland or Liechtenstein)

Login

Help and questions

  • Can I give a third party (e.g. spouse) access to my contracts?

    Yes, the "Rights and Power of Attorney" menu entry can give another user access to your contracts. 

  • I can't log in to myAXA.

    First, check that you correctly entered the user name or  email address and password including uppercase and lowercase letters and special characters.

    • Switch browser or device (e.g. smartphone)
    • Ensure that your browser accepts cookies.
    • For other problems, please contact the myAXA Helpline on 0800 800 292.
  • The TAN doesn't work.

    The TAN is only valid for five minutes.  You can request a new TAN under "Request another TAN". Alternatively, you can change the type of TAN, e.g. voiceTAN (voice message).

  • My contract can't be found even though I've entered the policy number correctly.

    You'll find your policy number in your contract or on your AXA invoice (e.g. 12.123.123.).

    • For life insurance policies, you only need to give the figures without the preceding letters (e.g. 1.123.123 and not G 1.123.123).
    • For other problems, please contact the myAXA Helpline on 0800 800 292.
  • What is an mTAN?

    Mobile transaction number: Every time you register, a one-off code is sent as a text message to your mobile phone.
