I can’t log in to myAXA or I have entered the wrong TAN or password several times and my access is now blocked.
First, check that you correctly entered the email address and password including uppercase and lowercase letters and special characters.
- Switch browser or device (e.g. smartphone)
- Ensure that your browser accepts cookies.
- For your own security, access is blocked automatically if several incorrect attempts are made to access your account. The myAXA Helpline can help you with this and other problems on 0800 800 292.

What is an mTAN or a vTAN? Can they be sent abroad and do they work with foreign providers?
An mTAN/vTAN is a mobile or voice transaction number: every time you log on, a one-off code is sent as a text or telephone message to your cellphone.
If you can receive standard text messages or phone calls via roaming, you can also receive our mTAN/vTAN messages. If you fail to receive a TAN, please call the myAXA Helpline on 0800 800 292.

My partner also has a customer profile. I also have a company with you. Can I see everything with one myAXA account?
You can have access to several access types or customer profiles at the same time with one myAXA account. To do so, click in the myAXA account menu on "Access overview - Manage access - Add access" and select the required access type. You can create the following access types yourself:
- Once on your own private profile - enter a policy number
- Pension fund (access to your own pension fund details) - enter the details from the access letter or order an access letter.
- Administration of a company (as the main responsible person)
The following access types must be added via third parties:
- Authorized for other private profiles (the main policyholders must authorize you under "Rights & Powers of attorney")
- Authorized for a company (the company’s admin person must authorize you under "Rights & Powers of attorney")
- Company employees - your company invites you to do so (e.g. for Swibeco)

Can I grant a third person (e.g. my spouse or roommate) access to my contracts?
Yes, you can grant another person access to your contracts under the “Settings”, “Rights and Powers of Attorney” menu point.
