Our myAXA customer portal provides secure access round the clock to all contract-related documents, invoices, and much more. Manage your insurance contracts online and find out more about your insurance and pension solutions. 

Information for private customers

myAXA gives you access to your contractual documents at any time - just log on using our website or your cellphone through the myAXA app. Register now!

Registration

In order to register you need:

  • the policy number of a contract with AXA
  • a phone number (mobile or landline in Switzerland or Liechtenstein)

Login

Once you've registered, you can log in following a three-stage login procedure:

  1. Enter an email address.
  2. Enter the password you selected when you registered.
  3. We'll send a TAN to the telephone number you gave us when you registered. Enter the TAN.

Information for corporate customers

The myAXA customer portal also offers corporate customers central access to all relevant documentation. This enables you to reduce administrative costs, manage your insurance details online easily or grant access rights to your employees and external partners.

  • Delegate tasks: you can easily determine and manage your employees' and external advisors' access rights yourself.

Registration and change of administrator

You can register for myAXA or change your administrator through the user agreement.

Information for persons insured with an AXA pension fund

Register with myAXA so that you can access your occupational benefits insurance data at any time. myAXA gives you access to your pension fund certificate and enables you to carry out various calculations. For instance, you can determine any gaps in your pension provision or calculate various retirement scenarios. We will also show you the consequences of withdrawing retirement capital for yourself.
