Unknown cyber criminals are currently using very convincing fake e-mails and text messages to spread links to fake AXA websites, collect passwords and credit card details, and request payments.
AXA strongly recommends that you delete such e-mails and text messages without reading them and do not open any links.
If you have already followed the cyber criminals' instructions and disclosed personal data to them, AXA recommends changing your passwords immediately and having your credit card blocked if necessary.
If you have any doubts, you can check any pending items directly in the myAXA customer portal or call us on 0800 809 809.
AXA is constantly monitoring the situation and is in contact with the authorities.
