  • Who carries out the booked service?

    After booking a Mila service, an intelligent algorithm is used to find a suitable service partner. Mila Friend or Mila Profi comes directly to you at home or helps you solve the technical problem over the phone. Mila Friends and Mila Profis are qualified and verified service partners. The difference is that Mila Friends are skilled private individuals, whereas Mila Profis are employees of registered companies.

    When setting up their profile, the Mila Partner is asked to provide a profile picture, a copy of their original personal ID or passport (work permit too where applicable) and a copy of a criminal background check. All partners must also read the Mila code of conduct and pass the corresponding test.

    This way, every Mila partner knows what Mila's expectations are for interaction with you as a customer and that a high-quality customer experience is a top priority when carrying out the booked service.
