Rofenberg Employee Welfare Foundation, Vaduz

As the sole insurer, AXA offers occupational benefits for employees sent abroad who are up to 95% covered with the Swiss BVG solutions.

Ever since 1976 AXA has used its Rofenberg Employee Welfare Foundation to provide multinational companies and international organizations with solutions for their internationally mobile employees that are characterized by reliable continuity and security without borders.

Before a foreign deployment, it's necessary to check the labor and social insurance conditions, entitlement to pension benefits, as well as the contribution requirements in each country of deployment.
