What do I do in the event of a claim?

• Salvage, dry and/or clean damaged items. 
• Make a list and take photos of all damaged items. You can upload everything together directly in the claims notification or submit them later.
• Keep any items worth more than CHF 1,000 ready in case our experts wish to inspect them. Perishable goods or low-value items can be disposed of. 
  
• Keep a note of the time spent on your cleaning and disposal work. You can upload the list with details of time spent directly in the claims notification or submit it later.
