Use the links below to go to your foundation’s website. There you will find news, key figures, performance data, forms, and other documents relating to your foundation.

Where can I see which pension fund I’m insured with?

  • As an employee, you will find the name of your pension fund on your pension fund certificate and on every letter we send you. You can find your pension fund certificate online at myAXA under “Documents.”
  • As an employer, you will find the name of your pension fund on every letter we send you or on myAXA. Our tip: You can report changes or submit new applications directly online via “OPA Services” on myAXA.

When using forms, please always use the latest versions available directly on your pension fund’s website. This will ensure that your applications are processed quickly and correctly. You can fill out the forms on screen, print them out, and send them to us by post or electronically.
