The Working Atmosphere Compass's BASIC package contains the questionnaire on psychosocial risks in the workplace. It is particularly suitable for small and medium-sized businesses that only wish to evaluate the results on different activity profiles. The Working Atmosphere Compass BASIC is therefore also recommended, for instance, for a test phase in a department or organizational unit.
How much does the Working Atmosphere Compass BASIC cost? At AXA, you benefit from a preferential price and receive the Working Atmosphere Compass BASIC from just CHF 1,650 p.a. including licenses for up to 100 employees.
The Working Atmosphere Compass PLUS also contains questions on acute health problems as well as the questionnaire on psychosocial risks in the workplace. You benefit from additional advisory time with the PLUS package, in that AXA's corporate health management advisors are also available to you for action planning and implementation as well as a check-in during the year.
This makes the Working Atmosphere Compass PLUS particularly suitable for companies that wish to carry out a more in-depth analysis of employee health, motivation and loyalty. More accurate measures can be derived using several filter options (e.g. team loyalty, management level etc.).
How much does the Working Atmosphere Compass PLUS cost? At AXA, you benefit from a 5% discount and receive the Working Atmosphere Compass PLUS from just CHF 3,300 p.a. including licenses for up to 100 employees. Additional licenses can be added on in factors of 50.
With the Working Atmosphere Compass GOLD, you not only receive a questionnaire on psychosocial risks in the workplace, but also close supervision and additional advisory time for planning and implementing measures. Our corporate health management advisors are available to you to ensure that your employees receive the best possible support. The package also includes a half-day workshop at company level as well as four half-day workshops at department level.
How much does the Working Atmosphere Compass GOLD cost? At AXA, you benefit from a preferential price and receive the Working Atmosphere Compass GOLD from just CHF 5,800 p.a. including licenses for up to 100 employees. Additional licenses can be added on in factors of 50.
The Working Atmosphere Compass is run by our partner DearEmployee. The advice based on the Working Atmosphere Compass (questionnaires, results and/or measures) is provided by your AXA WeCare advisor. For this purpose, your advisor is able to view your company's pseudonymized assessment results. In doing so, anonymity is guaranteed at all times: it is not possible to identify specific individuals from the analysis of your employee survey.

The Working Atmosphere Compass can be optimally amended to suit your company's circumstances. For this reason, the tool is suitable for companies of all sectors and organizational forms. Only limitation: use of the Working Atmosphere Compass is advisable for companies with a workforce of at least 20. This guarantees the usefulness of the survey results and anonymity of the participants.
As the analysis has a scientific basis that goes beyond a pure employee survey with the Working Atmosphere Compass, there are no individual questions as standard. If specifically required, additional questions can be included on request. Furthermore, the analysis of working conditions can be specified by the use of individual tags.
This way, the tool has already successfully recorded the working conditions of IT specialists, sales staff, laboratory personnel, teachers, production staff and many other professional groups.
The platform for managing the surveys and measures can be used in English, French and German. The surveys themselves can currently be conducted in eleven languages in total. Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish and Turkish are also possible in addition to English, French, German and Italian - ideal for international teams.
