If you like communicating with a wide range of customers, you are well suited to doing an apprenticeship as a customer dialogue specialist with AXA. You carry out sales discussions, answer queries, take complaints, and never lose your cool - even when the going gets tough.

Details on the apprenticeship as a specialist in customer dialogue

The customer dialogue specialist apprenticeship lasts three years and starts every August. 

This is what you learn in an apprenticeship as a specialist in customer dialogue:

  • You communicate verbally and in writing with customers using various channels.
  • You give specialist advice to our customers in all questions concerning the company and AXA's range of products.
  • You update customer data yourself and amend it whenever there are contractual changes.
  • You offer suitable and sustainable insurance solutions and services from our product range.
  • You follow up customers by phone if there are existing sales opportunities and offers.  
  • You are the point of contact for our customers in the event of a claim. This includes determining the facts, giving advice over the phone and making assessments and decisions about coverage.
  • You supervise immediate action in the event of a claim (e.g. assistance or provider).
  • You collaborate with various AXA units.
  • You complete various internships in administrative and insurance-related units.

What you need to join our customer dialogue specialist apprenticeship program:

  • Top or above-average performance in school at the secondary level
  • Good oral and written German and French (French is mandatory during training)
  • Pleasure in caring for our customers
  • Good manners and empathy
  • Quick learner, team skills, commitment and persistence
