The basic training as a specialist in customer dialogue with federal vocational diploma (EFZ) is only offered at our Head Office in Winterthur. The commercial training program lasts three years and starts in August.
What does an apprentice as a specialist in customer dialogue with federal vocational diploma (EFZ) do at AXA?
As a specialist in customer dialogue, you will work in the administrative and insurance-specific departments of AXA. At your respective workplace, you will gain diverse insights into the workflows of an insurance company.
During your apprenticeship as a specialist in customer dialogue with federal vocational diploma (EFZ), you will take on a variety of tasks with responsibilities. These may include, for example, the following:
- You are the first point of contact for our customers and communicate with them both verbally and in writing via various channels (e.g., by phone or chat).
- You provide comprehensive advice to our customers regarding questions about our company or our insurance products.
- You independently update customer data when contracts change.
- You provide suitable insurance solutions and services for our customers.
- You are responsible for following up with customers by phone regarding existing sales opportunities and offers.
- In the event of a claim, you play a central role by investigating the facts, offering telephone advice, and making coverage decisions. You also coordinate immediate measures, such as organizing roadside assistance, and work closely with various departments at AXA.

Is an apprenticeship as a specialist in customer dialogue (EFZ) right for me?

At our information events and taster days , you’ll gain insights into AXA Switzerland and the profession of specialist in customer dialogue (EFZ). The career exploration events are announced on Yousty (in German) each February.
What are the requirements for an apprenticeship as a specialist in customer dialogue EFZ?
For the apprenticeship as a specialist in customer dialogue (EFZ), you should meet the following requirements:
You have an upper or very good intermediate secondary school level.
You are an independent, communicative, and positive person.
You are articulate and can express yourself well both orally and in writing in German and French.
(French is a mandatory elective subject during the apprenticeship!)You enjoy assisting our customers.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and are empathetic.
You are a quick learner.
You are a team player and demonstrate commitment.
You have a high level of perseverance.
