Help and questions

I can't log in.

First, check that you correctly entered the user name or  email address and password including uppercase and lowercase letters and special characters.

  • Switch browser or device (e.g. smartphone)
  • Ensure that your browser accepts cookies.
  • For other problems, please contact the eServices helpdesk on 0800 860 820.
The code doesn't work.

The code is only valid for five minutes.  You can request a new code under "Request another code". Alternatively, you can change the type , e.g. voice message.

How can I change my profile information like e-mail address or phone number?

You will define your profile for the first time when you register. If you would like to change it afterwards, please contact the eServices helpdesk on 0800 860 820.

How can I change my personal password?

You will set your personal password for the first time during the registration. If you would like to change it afterwards, please enter your UserID or e-mail address on the login page and click on "Continue". Click on "Forgot password". You will then be taken through the procedure step-by-step. 

Can I also receive codes when I'm abroad?

If you can receive standard text messages via roaming, you can also receive our code text messages.

Can I also receive codes from foreign providers?

Yes. If you fail to receive a code, please call the eServices helpdesk on 0800 860 820.

Which browsers of the end-users are supported?

MS Edge, Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera and Google Chrome – current versions.

What is your personal password?

You can set your personal password during the registration. From then on, this password, together with your UserID, will always grant you access to your application.

What is the code?

Every time you register, a one-off code is sent by phone or as a text message to your mobile phone.

What happens if I don’t accept the procedure for secure access?

In this case you will unfortunately not be able to complete the registration and will have to interrupt the process.

What if I do not need access to one or several services anymore?

Please inform us by sending an email to eservices@axa.ch. We will immediately induce the requested removal of the access.

The secure access procedure

Subject

This appendix to the contract governs the procedure for obtaining secure access to the web applications of the legal entity.

Access to the application

Access to the application involves a secure authentication procedure.

The legal entity considers anyone who has gained access to the application by means of this authentication procedure to be an authorized user.

The legal entity has the right to refuse to provide information and receive instructions and notifications regarding the application at any time without giving reasons. The legal entity can insist that authorized users re-legitimize themselves in another form.

The legal entity issues the initial data and UserID.

The access data must be kept in a safe place and protected against misuse by unauthorized persons.

If there is suspicion or evidence that unauthorized persons have gained knowledge of the access data, the legal entity must be informed immediately over the eService HelpDesk 0800 860 820 so that it can block access.

Due diligence

The user of the application is responsible for damage suffered by

  • third parties or the legal entity arising from the disclosure of the access data to unauthorized persons.
  • the legal entity if the user of the application fails to exercise due care when entering or transferring data.

Rights and obligations of the legal entity

The legal entity undertakes to apply and maintain the due diligence measures «incl. encryption» that are customary and necessary for this type of data transfer. The legal entity must always aim to use state-of-the-art technology.

The legal entity reserves the right to block a connection to the server or to interrupt a connection that has been established if it identifies a security risk or notices that access data is being misused.

The legal entity and the user of the application should communicate if necessary in order to eliminate security risks and prevent the misuse of the authentication features.

The legal entity reserves the right to cancel your access rights if you fail to register with our system after 18 months or if you registered successfully but didn’t access the application for more than 18 months.
