In two steps to the video consultation:
Step 1: You will receive the invitation to the video consultation via e-mail, along with all the links and information you need.
Step 2: Just before the appointment is scheduled to start, click on the link in the e-mail. You are now ready to go. Have any papers or documents you will need for the discussion at hand, such as your insurance contract (policy), tax statement for a pension consultation, etc.
