It's good to know that the more detailed the photos of the damage, the quicker the claim will be assessed, processed and paid out. You avoid queries which gains you more time and your customers will be pleased. That's because they have their car back quicker than expected.
You can go directly to our claims tool using our free garage portal. Once you've registered, simply log on with your email address and password every time you have a claim and you're ready to go. You can also view all claims you have filed at any time.
Do you already use a calculation system or would you like to use one in the future? We work with the well-known providers of calculation systems. Contact your provider directly to activate the necessary interface to AXA. Then notify us of the claims for your customer vehicles quickly and easily using this system.
