The more meaningful the photos of the damage, the quicker the claim will be assessed, processed, and paid out. You avoid queries which gains you more time and your customer will be pleased because the car will come back quicker than expected.
Together with our partner Noimos, AXA can help you take detailed photos of damage in no time. Our claims tool will take you step by step through the integrated image process and generates your photo documentation automatically – ready-made for transfer to AXA together with your cost estimate and any other documents.
You can also use the Noimos’ image process if you notified us of your claim over the phone. In the case of relevant vehicle damage, we will be happy to invite you on a selective basis to do so.

Do you already use a calculation system or would you like to use one in the future? We work with the most common providers of calculation systems. Contact your provider directly to activate the necessary interface to AXA. Then notify us of the claims for your customer vehicles quickly and easily using this system.
