Our free service package includes the following services:
Switching service for basic insurance
This service allows you to switch your mandatory basic insurance simply and without administrative effort every fall, and thereby save money. You decide about any change of insurance.
Billing service for health insurance funds
With this service, you can send us all bills for your health insurer from the start of your contract for AXA supplementary insurance cover. We will then take care of the division between basic and supplementary insurance, and will forward them to the respective health insurer
Legal protection service
This free service helps you with potential disputes with your basic health insurer in connection with the switching or invoicing service or a recognized service provider in connection with a medical treatment. This service is subject to restrictions in terms of the amounts involved (see “Information sheet on legal protection service”).
This is how it works
  1. Please check/complete your data
  2. Confirm the data for all insureds individually
  3. You can then activate the service package
  4. You will receive a TAN by text message to confirm the signature
  5. Simply sign by clicking
