How to file a claim.

Your car's been in a collision or your bicycle's been stolen? You don’t know what to do? Here are the main steps when filing a claim. 

  1. Reporting damage: Just report the damage online or by phone (0800 809 809).
  2. Confirmation: AXA will get back to you within a few days. You will receive a written confirmation.
  3. Repair: AXA organizes the repair for you and coordinates the tradesmen, among others. Or you organize the repair yourself and send us a copy of the invoice.
  4. Completion: To conclude the matter, AXA checks the invoice. We contact you within a few days about the next step. Or you receive a letter concerning settlement of the claim.
