Basic solutions

  • Professional Invest – AXA Foundation for Occupational Benefits

As a semi-autonomous collective foundation, the AXA Foundation for Occupational Benefits is subject to less restrictive regulatory requirements than full-value insurance. This solution offers the potential for better investment returns, higher interest on the retirement assets, and therefore higher benefits in old age and higher vested benefits – with a high level of security, as before. The incongruous redistribution from the active insured to pensioners can be reduced in a semi-autonomous solution. You can therefore benefit as an entrepreneur, together with your employees, from considerably better value for money: You all pay lower risk contributions for your pension solution.

What are the advantages of Professional Invest?

    • Individual pension plan design
    • The Board of Trustees sets the investment strategy
    • Investment and management of the pension assets by AXA
    • All returns on investments flow back to the collective foundation
    • Attractive risk and cost premiums

Pooled investments with optimized earnings and risk

The pension assets of all affiliated companies are invested and managed on the basis of a uniform investment strategy by the collective foundation, together with Credit Suisse and AXA. Based on positive developments in the financial markets, a performance-oriented investment concept generates long-term returns that exceed the statutory minimum interest rate.

The Board of Trustees of the collective foundation sets the interest rate for the retirement assets. This is based on the available reserves and the overall return achieved. All returns on investments flow back to the collective foundation. The savings contributions and interest determine how the retirement assets develop.

  • Client Invest – Pension solution with an individual investment strategy

This semi-autonomous solution allows companies to maintain responsibility for their occupational benefits: They enjoy ideal conditions for an independent pension and investment concept, and receive professional advice.

What are the advantages of Client Invest?

    • Independent determination of the investment strategy for the pension assets by the occupational benefits fund commission.
    • Performance-oriented asset management by Credit Suisse or another asset manager of your choice
    • Opportunities for additional earnings and higher interest
    • Coverage of the actuarial risks of disability and death
    • Cost-effective alternative to own company foundation

    Semi-autonomous pension model

The risk benefits of death and disability are guaranteed by AXA. However, the company does bear the investment risk for the retirement assets of the insured and also decides on the use of the additional returns.

    Individual investment strategy

The strategy analysis forms the basis for the asset management of a pension solution. The occupational benefits fund commission (OBFC) of the company defines the investment strategy taking into account the risk capacity, risk tolerance, and target return. The companies are supported in these key processes and decisions by Credit Suisse or another asset manager of their choice.
