  • Oral and written communication with customers using various channels
  • Giving specialist advice to our customers in all questions concerning the company and AXA's range of products
  • Independent updating of customer data and carrying out modifications when their contracts change
  • Offering suitable and sustainable insurance solutions and services from our product range
  • Follow-up of customers by phone to exploit sales opportunities and offers
  • Contact person for our customers in the event of a claim. This includes determining the facts, advice over the phone¬†and making assessments and decisions about coverage
  • Implementation of emergency measures in the event of a claim (assistance, provider, etc.)
  • Collaboration with various AXA units
  • A variety of internships in administrative and insurance-related units

What you need to join our customer dialogue specialist apprenticeship program:

  • Top or above-average performance in school at the secondary level
  • Good oral and written German and French (during training, French is mandatory)
  • Pleasure in caring for customers
  • Good manners and empathy
  • Quick learner, team skills, commitment and persistence
  • Flexibility and mobility (the school is in Bern, and your workplace is in Aarau for 6 months of the training)
